Vehicle Fault Report

Stay calm, we’ll help you when your vehicle is acting up.

Does your vehicle have a fault?

Report the fault using the form below before taking your vehicle to a repair shop. You will receive instructions on how to proceed directly to your email. After that, you can book an appointment at the selling dealer’s workshop or another approved repair shop. You can find our approved repair shops in the instructions.

Please note:

  • Repairs or defects agreed upon with the seller are not covered by the extended warranty.
  • Use the selling dealer’s workshop or an approved repair shop so that the repair can be handled in accordance with the agreement.
  • We cannot determine whether a repair is covered before the repair shop has carried out a diagnosis. The diagnostic work is covered by the agreement only if the fault identified is covered by the agreement.
  • If necessary, please check the terms and conditions (available in the activation email).
