We are the leading supplier of vehicle warranties to the automotive industry in the Nordic region. But we are also so much more.

Fragus Group was founded as AB Svensk Bilgaranti in 1999 by CEO Lars Hansson, with the aim of becoming the leading supplier within business concepts surrounding warranties directed at the motor industry. Right from the start, the company has experienced extremely strong organic growth virtually every year. We opened our Finnish branch in 2005 and our Norwegian branch in 2007. In 2009, we acquired our industry colleague, Fragus, and in 2019 we acquired the Danish company Omnicar and developed our business in Denmark.

Having managed more than 500,000 vehicle warranties, we have achieved Lars Hansson’s initial aim. But we aren’t stopping there. We are continuing to expand in the Nordic market with an even wider range of services directed at the automotive industry.
