The customer is connected directly to an experienced and knowledgeable claims assessor who receives the claim and helps identify the problem



The same claims assessor will get back to the customer within a maximum of 1 hour with a response about whether the claim is covered by the warranty. If the claim has been approved, they will also inform you of the response decided upon.



If the claim is approved, we prioritise repairs being performed by authorised partners and with consideration of the customer’s geographical location.
