Fragus Group acquires Billink AS of Norway
Fragus Group, with 2,500 retailers and operations across the Nordics, has acquired the Norwegian company Billink AS. Billink offers a complete sales and marketing platform for small and medium-sized vehicle dealers and workshops. The company has a leading position on the Norwegian market with over 700 affiliated dealers. The acquisition is part of Fragus’s strategy to continuously develop new services and added value for the Nordic automotive industry – solutions that simplify and streamline processes, while boosting profitability and customer loyalty.
“The acquisition of Billink gives us access to a modern platform that generates major values for the used vehicle market. I’m pleased to say that all of Billink’s employees will be coming over to Fragus, and development of the platform will of course continue with full force,” says Lars Hansson, CEO of Fragus Group.
“Those of us who have founded and developed Billink over the past 15 years or so are delighted to become a part of Fragus and contribute to ongoing innovation. We know that this is what our customers expect,” says Stein-Erik Brynildsen, Managing Director of Billink.
“We see the acquisition of Billink as an important step in our plan to offer the automotive market complete solutions on both the Nordic and European market,” Lars Hansson adds.
